Justin Paris

67k Image
Justin (#289) and Aaron at the Westmoreland Co. Fairgrounds.

Aaron and Jerry met Justin through his friend, Anthony Grinnell. Anthony was another very fast "A" rider that Aaron loved to watch race. Anthony had a bike for sale and Aaron bought it. When Jerry and Aaron would speak to Anthony at the track a young man by the name of Justin Paris would also be pitted there. At that time Justin was in the B class and a very fast B rider at that. When it was time for Justin's moto, Aaron would be there to watch. Justin and Denny helped Aaron and Jerry out many times at races. One race Jerry needed fuel and Denny had it. Then, at a race at High Point, Aaron's clutch cable broke and Denny had a spare. Such wonderful friends... I don't believe that Justin and Aaron talked that much to each other but Aaron had great respect for Justin and enjoyed any conversation the two shared. Justin's racing number, #289, appears on the back of Aaron's headstone.
